The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences to our clients. **Duties:** - Conduct outside sales activities to attract new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients. - Utilize outbound sales techniques to reach potential buyers and promote our inventory. - Demonstrate expertise in upselling additional products and services to enhance the customer's purchase experience. - Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction. - Ability to negotiate effectively to close sales deals. - Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly. **Skills:** - Proven experience in sales, particularly in a dealership or retail environment. - Fluency in Spanish is a plus. - Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for both the customer and the dealership. - Ability to market and sell vehicles effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for building rapport with customers.
