We are expanding rapidly and are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer and E-Learning Course Developer to help transform our course materials into engaging, professional, and interactive online learning experiences.
This is a long-term opportunity with ongoing course development projects.
Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging online courses from existing content, documents, regulations, manuals, and training materials.
Create professional PowerPoint presentations and visual learning materials.
Develop interactive e-learning modules, quizzes, assessments, and knowledge checks.
Produce AI-based training videos using tools such as Synthesia, HeyGen, Vyond, Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Camtasia, or similar platforms.
Convert complex information into easy-to-understand learning experiences.
Structure courses using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
Create learner workbooks, handouts, and supporting materials.
Ensure courses are professional, visually appealing, and easy to follow.
Work with our team to maintain consistent World Academia branding across all courses.
Recommend ways to improve learner engagement and completion rates.
