Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 per year + Performance Bonus

Position Summary
The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, food quality, guest satisfaction, inventory management, cost control, and profitability. The ideal candidate is a proven leader who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Development
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain team members
- Develop Assistant Managers and shift leaders
- Create a positive and accountable team culture
- Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Operations Management
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Maintain food quality and safety standards
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage labor scheduling to meet sales demands
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
Financial Management
- Monitor sales performance and profitability
- Control labor and food costs
- Manage inventory and ordering
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
- Develop action plans to improve restaurant performance
Community Engagement
- Build relationships with local schools, businesses, and organizations
- Participate in local marketing and promotional events
- Drive catering and community partnership opportunities
QualificationsRequired
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience
- Experience managing teams of 20+ employees
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred
- General Manager experience in Quick Service or Fast Casual restaurants
- Experience with P&L management
- Proven track record of increasing sales and reducing turnover
- Experience with inventory and food cost controls
