Overview
We are a licensed recreational and medical cannabis company with a growing production facility in the Gallatin Gateway area. We are seeking a reliable, hard‑working individual to assist ongoing facility upgrades, support preventive maintenance schedules, cleaning, and upkeep on equipment. Responsibilities
- Assist with facility upgrades, improvements, and equipment installations
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance and cleaning on equipment, HVAC systems, watering systems, electrical systems, etc.
- Support post‑harvest operations including trimming and processing
- Package flower, concentrates, and edibles
- Maintain strict hygiene standards to protect plants from contaminants
- Communicate clearly and follow instructions accurately
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues
- Utilize software to document maintenance activities, track work orders, and schedule future tasks.
- Support compliance with safety regulations and state requirements
- Collaborate with team members to analyze system failures and develop effective solutions that minimize downtime.
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and consistent attendance
- Good hygiene and attention to cleanliness
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to lift 50lb or more regularly
- Must be able to work with hands on small and precise tasks
- Must be able to work on your feet all day
- Must be able to get to work on time regularly
Preferred but not required:
- Experience with construction, basic repairs, or installing equipment
- 1 year of maintenance experience
- Experience within the cannabis industry
- Knowledge of basic repairs, tools, and time management
- Hands-on experience with HVAC/R systems, hydraulics, welding, schematics reading, small engines, and precision measurement instruments.
- Excellent analysis skills for troubleshooting complex mechanical or electrical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills in English to document work accurately and collaborate effectively with team members.
Job Type: Full time (40 hours per week)
