AB Suppressor is looking for a motivated, dependable, and enthusiastic individual to join our production team.
Firearm knowledge and experience are not required, although an interest in the industry can make the job even more enjoyable. We are primarily looking for someone who takes pride in their work, learns quickly, and wants to contribute to a growing American manufacturing company.

What You’ll Do
The primary goal of this position is to help AB Suppressor expand its production capabilities while maintaining the quality our customers expect.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Operating automated production equipment
- Learning and following established manufacturing processes
- Inspecting products for quality and consistency
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Assisting with other production tasks as needed
- Working with the team to meet daily and weekly production goals
Welding is performed using an automated system, so previous welding experience is not required. We will provide the necessary training.

Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required.
A Day at AB Suppressor
Our workday is structured without feeling overly corporate. Employees have flexibility in their arrival time, generally arriving between 7:00 and 9:30 a.m., and completing their scheduled workday from there.
You will work in a clean, well-lit, climate-controlled environment with both air conditioning and heat. Music is usually playing, and employees may wear earbuds while working when it is safe to do so.
You can join coworkers for lunch or relax in our break room. We also have occasional company-wide lunches—and probably should have them more often.
We take our work seriously, but we do not believe work has to feel stiff or impersonal. Expect friendly greetings, good-natured banter, and a team that respects one another.
