Join our growing body sculpting business specializing in noninvasive treatments like T Shock Cryolipolysis and Red Light Therapy.
Income earning potential 40 K to 90K per year with base pay plus commission and bonuses.
What You’ll Do
- Guide clients through their body sculpting journeys, from consultation to completion.
- Sell body sculpting, Red Light and wellness packages tailored to client needs and goals
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and build lasting relationships
- Operate and explain noninvasive body sculpting equipment and wellness protocols
- Use our CRM system to manage appointments, client records, and follow-ups
- Think independently to do what’s best for the client and the business
- Stay up-to-date on our services and educate clients on their options
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven ability to sell and close packages-this is a high-commission role!
- Ability to walk clients through their journey with empathy and professionalism
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems
- Self-motivated, independent thinker who puts clients and business first
- Prior experience in body sculpting, aesthetics, or wellness is highly preferred, but not required
- Medical training/certification is a plus, but not required-we’ll train the right person!
- Esthetician license could be beneficial but not required. But this could open up other opportunities if you have this.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
