The eCommerce Shipping/Warehouse Associate will execute key components in online order processing and shipping. Responsibilities include order processing, packaging, shipping, managing shipping materials, and supoorting the needs of the warehouse supervisors. The eCommerce Shipping/Warehouse Associate is responsible for the safety, quality, and effectiveness of all receiving, processing, dismantling, and other warehouse activities performed, and the productive organization of the warehouse areas of the facility.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Pulls and packs product based on daily orders
- Prepare shipments before carrier pickup and follow all packaging requirements
- Execute prompt order fulfillment with attention to detail
- Monitors product quality and report problems to inventory lead
-Implements problem-solving abilities and time-management skills in order to maximize productivityMaintains knowledge of and adheres to all compliance obligations, relevent work instructions, policies, and procedures
- Including all environmental, health, and safety procedures and contingency plans, and actively participates in the identificatioin and prompt reporting of possible hazards to maintain safety of all personal workspaces, all warehouse/dock areas, company vehicles, and other general work areas
- Communicates issues to the Warehouse Supervisors as unforseen situations arise
- Process, sort, and dismantle customer orders. Safely manage and/or destroy data and materials delivered to warehouse
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in e-commerce or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High School Diploma or equivalent with a demonstrated work ethic
- Proficient in time management and able to meet deadlines consistently
- Familiarity with warehouse management software
