Operations Coordinator - Barre & Morrisville
ReSOURCE has been a fixture in Vermont since 1991, working at the intersection of workforce development, poverty relief, and environmental stewardship.
We’re hiring an Operations Coordinator to keep our Barre and Morrisville stores running smoothly. You’ll cover shifts when a store is short-staffed, help managers build fair schedules, coordinate hiring logistics, and keep the operational paperwork organized so our leadership can focus on strategy. One day you might be opening a store; the next you might be scheduling interviews or pulling together a coverage report.

What you bring
- 2+ years of retail, customer service, or operations experience
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Comfort with scheduling tools and spreadsheets
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Schedule and Location
- Location: All ReSOURCE retail locations, with primary focus on Barre and Morrisville
- Status: Full-time
- Pay Range: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
