Must-Have Requirements for Stand Up Forklift Operator

Minimum of 1 year of proven experience operating stand-up forklifts (reach trucks or order pickers).

Ability to successfully pass an on-site practical forklift evaluation and safety certification.

Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50–75 lbs.

Dependable transportation to the job site in Santa Teresa, NM.

Strong situational awareness in high-traffic environments.
Role for Stand Up Forklift Operator

Safely operate stand-up forklifts to transport materials through narrow aisles.

Efficiently move, stack, stage, and organize incoming and outgoing product shipments.

Verify product numbers, quantities, and condition of goods using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.

Conduct daily pre-operational equipment safety checks and report defects.

Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free work zone.
