- Operate and support production equipment to ensure efficient quarry operations and material flow
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and cleaning of mobile and plant equipment
- Assist with loading, hauling, and stockpiling aggregates in a safe and efficient manner
- Monitor plant processes and identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and productivity
- Follow all safety procedures and actively participate in safety initiatives and training
- Ability to safely operate or learn to operate heavy equipment such as loaders, haul trucks, or similar machinery
- Demonstrated commitment to working safely and following established procedures
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability, accountability, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and conditions
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
- $20.50 per hour
