Looking for a reliable lead person for construction maintenance on townhome and condo properties. Candidate must be capable of completing all phases of exterior repairs and minor interior repairs.
Requirements:
- Experience with general construction and property maintenance
- Ability to handle exterior repairs and minor interior work
- Valid driver’s license required
