Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive sales strategies tailored to target markets, including corporate accounts, event planners, and travel agencies.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients through outside sales efforts, negotiations, and personalized account management.
- Utilize sales management systems such as Salesforce Cloud to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions effectively.
- Analyze sales data using analytics tools to identify trends, measure performance metrics, and optimize business development initiatives.
- Drive business growth through proactive outreach, marketing collaborations, and leveraging technology sales techniques for SaaS (Software as a Service) products related to hospitality management solutions.
- Oversee contract negotiations and deal closing processes with enterprise clients while ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market insights for executive-level teams to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales within the hospitality or corporate sales environment with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated management skills with experience leading business development or sales strategy teams.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; familiarity with Sales management systems proficiency is essential.
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, enterprise selling techniques, and negotiation strategies.
- Expertise in marketing integration with sales efforts to maximize outreach effectiveness.
- Excellent analysis skills using sales analytics & reporting tools to inform decision-making.
- Experience selling technical SaaS products or technology solutions within a corporate setting is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to manage large accounts and develop long-term client relationships.
- Strong customer service orientation combined with effective communication skills at all organizational levels.
