Sidney Peak Ranch Equestrian Center is seeking an experienced, professional, and enthusiastic Equestrian Center Manager. Our facility is a private boarding facility home to approximately 30-40 horses and located within a stunning 1,200-acre mountain ranch community in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. We are dedicated to exceptional horse care, outstanding customer service and a welcoming community atmosphere.

Required Qualifications:
· Minimum 5+ years of professional equestrian experience
· Experience managing a boarding facility, equestrian center, or similar horse operation
· Proficiency in Dressage, Hunter/Jumper, and Western
· Strong knowledge of horse care, herd management, and equine health knowledge
· Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
· Strong organizational and administrative abilities
· Budget management and financial oversight experience
· Ability to supervise staff, manage vendors, and maintain high facility standards
· Experience working within a private community, HOA, club, or member-based environment is highly desirable
Compensation & Benefits:
· Competitive salary of $65,000
