Summary:
Provides clerical and customer service support including data collection and entry, information/data analysis, document preparation, report generation for the Gas Operations District, Area or local office; may also perform warehouse function in support of district or geographic location.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Prepares and maintains various monthly and quarterly operations reports (e.g., LUFG, capital job status, safety awareness activities, etc.).
Coordinates fleet maintenance schedules, mileage reports, notification of CDL certification requirements, vehicle inspections, etc.
Performs duties that include answering the phone, filing, faxing, copying, mail distribution, I-buy purchases, etc.
Education:
Requires a high school diploma or the equivalent knowledge of English, mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions and/or percentages), grammar and punctuation.
Experience:
Experience working in the utility industry.
Experience with Oracle and Microsoft Office.
Ops Rep I:
Requires no prior related work experience.
Ops Rep II:
Requires a minimum of three years of gas distribution experience, including two years SAP experience.
Ops Rep III:
Requires a minimum of five years of gas distribution experience, including two years SAP experience.

Able to demonstrate commitment to compliance with applicable laws and regulations, the Company’s Ethics and Compliance Code of Conduct, and other Company policies and procedures and do so consistently, take all required training courses and do so timely
Physical Requirements:
Able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a minimal amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
