We are seeking an Associate Therapist to join our team and provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completion of an accredited Master's Program for MFT, PCC, CSW, Psychology.
- Board of Behavioral Science Associate Number - Active
- Ability to communicate and coordinate services with clinical supervisors and counselors
- Ability to accept and implement supervisory directives and counsel
- Public relations and communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of the disease of chemical dependency, related terminology and medical record charting
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to work with supervision
- Ability to provide direction and correction calmly
- Ability to handle a variety of situations in a controlled manner
- Experience with LGBTQA+ is important
- Willing to have an open-door policy
Responsibilities:
- Participate in assessment and admission processes
- Provide individual therapy
- Facilitate Therapy Groups
- Participate in treatment planning
- Documentation of client status and response to treatment; and other support tasks
- Facilitate crisis intervention sessions

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
