Clinical Medical Assistant / Expert Phlebotomist
Simplified Health is a growing Direct Primary Care (DPC) clinic focused on providing personalized, relationship-based healthcare. We are looking for an experienced phlebotomist who enjoys working closely with patients and wants to be part of a small, highly engaged team.
This is not a traditional high-volume clinic position. We are seeking someone who is confident in blood draws, enjoys building relationships with patients, and is willing to wear multiple hats to help our practice deliver exceptional care.
What You'll Do
- Perform venipuncture and specimen collection with a high level of skill and accuracy
- Process, label, and prepare laboratory specimens
- Room patients and obtain vital signs
- Assist with in-office procedures
- Administer injections and perform basic clinical tasks within scope
- Prepare exam rooms and maintain supplies
- Assist with scheduling, patient communication, and follow-up tasks
- Answer phones and assist patients with questions
- Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming office environment
- Support clinic operations wherever needed
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of phlebotomy experience
- Exceptional venipuncture skills and patient confidence
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a small practice environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology
- Medical assistant experience preferred
