Field Document Runner – Home Energy (Entry Level, No Sales)
About the Role
Elevation Energy is hiring an entry-level Field Document Runner to help homeowners finalize their home energy projects.
You’re not selling. You’re not cold calling. Your job is simple: drive to scheduled appointments, help homeowners sign their documents on an iPad or laptop, take a few photos, and make sure everything is submitted correctly.
If you like being on the road, meeting people, and doing straightforward work that actually matters, this is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Drive to scheduled homeowner appointments in the Rocklin / greater area
- Set up an iPad or laptop and walk the homeowner through the signing process
- Verify all required signatures and initials are completed
- Take clear photos of the home, equipment, and any required documents
- Upload pictures and completed docs using our simple checklist and apps
- Communicate with the office if anything looks off or a homeowner has questions
- Represent Elevation Energy with a friendly, professional attitude at the door
Who This Is For
You’ll do well here if you:
- Have strong customer service or hospitality experience
- Are comfortable using basic tech (tablet, apps, email, photos)
- Like driving and working outside a traditional office
- Show up on time and follow a checklist exactly
- Are polite, patient, and good at putting people at ease

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean, professional appearance and communication
- Comfortable working some evenings and occasional weekends (when homeowners are home)
- Willing to travel between multiple appointments per day
Compensation & Details
- Competitive hourly pay
- Performance bonuses for completed/accurate appointments (optional line – edit to match what you actually do)
- Full-time position
- Based out of Rocklin, CA
