Are you the person who notices one crumb on the floor from across the room? Do splashes on a wall bother you until they are wiped away? When a glass comes out of the dishwasher cloudy, do you rinse it again instead of hoping no one notices?
If this sounds like you, you might be exactly the person we would love to meet.
MINT is a scratch kitchen built around beautiful food, high-quality ingredients, and genuine care. We are looking for someone who takes real pride in keeping a kitchen sparkling clean, organized, and running smoothly.
This is not a stand-around-and-wait job. It is an active, always-moving, always-finding-something-productive-to-do position. We need someone who can work quickly without losing precision and who understands that cleanliness is part of caring for the food, the team, and every guest we serve.
You may be our person if you:
- Genuinely enjoy washing dishes, wiping, organizing, and creating order
- Notice cloudy glasses, dirty edges, crumbs, splashes, and anything out of place
- Work fast while still paying close attention to every detail
- Know the difference between something being “good enough” and being truly clean
- Are reliable, dependable, upbeat, and ready to work
- Care for beautiful ingredients and never handle them carelessly
- Notice brown lettuce, wilted herbs, or produce that needs trimming
- Cut ingredients evenly and wrap, label, and store them properly
- Enjoy plating food neatly and beautifully
- Can look around, see what needs to be done, and do it without waiting to be asked
You will begin by keeping the dish area and kitchen clean, organized, and flowing smoothly while assisting our chefs. Depending on your experience, you may also wash and prep produce, gather fresh herbs from the garden, portion ingredients, organize containers, and help preserve the quality of everything we purchase.
There is real room to grow here. We can teach the right person kitchen prep and the salad station. If you already have prep or salad experience, even better! There is an opportunity for increased responsibility and pay as you demonstrate strong cleanliness, organization, speed, consistency, and care from day one.
Evening availability Wednesday through Saturday is preferred.
