Position Overview
As a Fulfillment Operations Assistant, you will assist with processing orders, coordinating shipments, organizing inventory, and supporting daily operational activities. You will work closely with team members to ensure that orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing customer orders for shipment.
- Verify order accuracy before packaging and dispatch.
- Receive, organize, and store incoming inventory.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment.
- Maintain accurate fulfillment and inventory records.
- Coordinate packing materials and shipping supplies.
- Perform routine inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Help maintain clean, organized, and efficient work areas.
- Support shipping, receiving, and operational tasks as needed.
- Follow company procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to lift and move packages safely throughout the workday.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.

Pay: $22.40 - $23.40 per hour
