<Duties>
- Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and well-stocked throughout service hours
- Assist with food preparation, including slicing, cooking, and plating dishes according to safety standards and guest preferences
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, utensils, and equipment to uphold food safety and hygiene standards
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, answer questions about menu options, and provide exceptional guest service to enhance their morning experience
- Manage food handling responsibilities with attention to dietary restrictions and allergy considerations, ensuring safe meal preparation
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for any additional guest transactions or special orders
- Support catering or banquet setups when needed and assist with bussing tables to keep the dining area tidy and inviting
<Requirements>
- Previous kitchen experience or food preparation background preferred; familiarity with food safety protocols essential
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting trays or cleaning equipment.
- Basic knife skills, meat cutting experience, or culinary training are advantageous but not mandatory
- Hospitality or hotel experience can enhance your ability to deliver guest relations excellence
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
