Description
The role of the Car Wash attendant is diverse and can be broadly categorized as cleanliness, customer care and inventory. Though the attendant is our entry level position, it is arguably our most important one. People start as an attendant and should know that this role may lead to higher level positions within the company, such as Shift Lead, Assistant Manager and perhaps, even Manager of your own store.
Requirements
We are looking for honest, dependable and enthusiastic people, willing to adhere to high standards of cleanliness and customer service. This requires excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. As part of your role you may need to perform certain physical duties, such as prolonged standing, heavy lifting, extensive cleaning and moving of products, removal of trash or waste products and repetitive movement. Although no particular experience or education requirements are mandatory, individuals with a high school diploma and retail background may garner consideration over other applicants.
