What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Greet customers with professionalism and guide them through the repair/service process
- Accurately listen to customer concerns and document vehicle issues
- Prepare clear and accurate repair estimates
- Recommend services and repairs that keep customers safe and satisfied
- Schedule appointments, manage workflows, and keep customers updated
- Partner with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Process payments and handle transactions with accuracy and integrity
- Maintain records, contracts, and service details in our system
- Keep your workspace organized and professional at all times
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
- Previous service advisor or customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and services
- Ability to clearly explain recommendations and costs to customers
- Detail-oriented and organized — able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced shop
- Team-focused mindset with the drive to exceed customer expectations
(Independent shop experience is welcome, but not required. If you’re motivated and want to grow, we’d love to talk to you.)

Schedule & Location
- Full-Time – 8 Hour Shifts
- Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays / No Sundays
