We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Flag Football Coach to assist the Head Coach with recruiting, scouting, and practice planning.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform competition day duties as assigned, and monitor equipment inventory and care.

Assist with practice and competition day management and activities
-
Assist with organizational planning (travel, community service, study hall, etc.), and support student-athlete development and assist with roster management.

Help with the planning and organization of camps and clinics.
OTHER DUTIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

Know and comply with all Marymount rules and regulations.

Must be CPR and First Aid certified.

Provide positive leadership for student-athletes.

Performs other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree preferred.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of flag football experience.
Licenses or Certifications: CPR and First Aid certified
Financial Responsibility: None
Supervision: None
Special Knowledge: Know and comply with all NCAA rules and regulations, and pass the NCAA Coaches Certification Exam annually.
SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS

Being able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Please note that this role is in person based in Arlington, VA. Position will be open until filled.
Compensation/Total Rewards
This is a stipend-based position: the stipend for this role ranges from $200 to $400, depending on experience and timing within the semester. It is competitive, market-based, and aligned with the University’s financial framework. Part-time employees are eligible to contribute to the university’s 403(b) retirement plan on their own.
