Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces, ensuring they meet cleanliness standards.
- Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing.
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and performing specialized carpet cleaning as needed.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized properly using appropriate cleaning agents to promote health and safety.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to resident or guest requests for additional cleaning or assistance.
- Manage janitorial supplies inventory and restock cleaning products to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow established safety procedures and sanitation protocols consistently to uphold hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial work is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents or guests.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely.
- Experience with laundry operations and managing housekeeping responsibilities is preferred.
- Knowledge of janitorial or commercial cleaning standards is a plus.
