Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Skytab POS
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience
- Support reservation management using platforms like OpenTable and coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for cashiering
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus but not required
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and nights as needed in a lively nightlife or restaurant setting
