Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Health Insurance Sales Representatives to join our team. This role is focused on making outbound calls to potential clients, educating them about health insurance options, and closing sales. As a commission-only position, there is significant earning potential for those with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our health insurance products and services.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance plans based on their circumstances.
- Educate clients on various health insurance options, policy benefits, and coverage details.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales strategies.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the health insurance or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Strong persuasive skills and confidence in making outbound calls.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset; able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software or other sales management tools is a plus.
- A background in technical sales or business development is highly desirable but not mandatory.
