Required prior Experiences for Application Consideration
- Bilingual English & Spanish languages.
- 3 years of Food, Beverage, or Brewery manufacturing experience.
- Prior production line supervisor experience in Food, Beverage, or Brewery production.
- Equivalent experience in drug, dairy, or vitamin/supplement manufacturing.

We are actively looking to add experienced Shift / Line Supervisors to support the growth of the company.
Job Description
Shift / Line Supervisors are responsible to ensure oversight, quality, troubleshooting, and assistance for one or more beverage lines. Oversight includes batching, filling, capping, labelers, encoding, pack-off and palletization of finished beverages to customer specifications with a focus on FDA, GMP, and MetaBrand’s quality standards. Supervisors need to be skilled at every production position and must be able to operate each piece of equipment on the production lines.
Required Responsibilities
- Support the production schedule established by the Production Manager.
- Manage the line function and production staff.
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate daily shift activities.
- Ability to maximize productivity and minimize downtown and waste.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with peers, managers, and production staff in a manner that supports the company’s commitment to individual respect and common values.
- Promote work in a safe manner and promote a safe working environment.
- Perform basic machine operations that may include handling raw material, handling finished product cases, performing quality inspections and minor machine adjustments where required.
- Ensures daily Batching, QC, Start-up, & Shut-down documentation is completed and reviewed daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Cleans equipment and line continually throughout the shift and maintains a clean work area.
- Expedites repairs to the line, working with maintenance as necessary.
- Must follow all established Good Manufacturing Practices, SOP’s, and SSOP’s.
- Participate in continuous improvement processes.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of maintenance and product support areas.
- Perform other duties as required by Management.
- Be an example and team player withing the organization.
Physical Demands of the Position:
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. above the waist 10 times per day
- Significant bending and stooping
- Willingness to work extended or any scheduled work hours
Physical Work Environment May Include the Following:
- Exposure to extreme temperature changes (hot and cold)
- Exposure to loud noises, allergens and moving mechanical parts
- Exposure to Hot liquids

Base Pay: $27.00 - $34.00 per hour
