- Assist in implementing comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead and manage sales teams to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and potential partnerships.
- Utilize sales management systems to track performance metrics, generate reports, and analyze sales data.
- Provide leadership during client meetings, presentations and closing sales
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop team members through coaching, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing sales environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in inside sales, business development management.
- Strong management capabilities with experience managing sales strategy or development teams.
- Proficiency in POS systems and other sales management tools.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals through strategic planning and execution.
- Analytical skills with the ability to utilize sales analytics & reporting tools for data-driven decision making.
- Effective communication skills for engaging clients at all levels and collaborating across departments.
- Leadership qualities that inspire team development, motivate performance, and drive results.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
