We are seeking a high-energy, deeply committed Hotel General Manager to take the reins of our property. Because we pride ourselves on meeting and exceeding brand standards, a minimum of 5 years of IHG management experience is strictly required.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Take Full Ownership: Oversee all day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and strict adherence to IHG brand standards.
- Lead & Inspire: Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a high-performing hotel team, fostering a culture of mutual respect and top-tier hospitality.
- Drive Financial & Operational Success: Manage budgets, optimize labor, oversee inventory, and execute daily tasks with a sharp focus on organization.
- Solve Problems on the Fly: Serve as the ultimate troubleshooter. When unexpected challenges arise, you are the quick thinker who resolves them smoothly.
- Engage with the Property: Dedicate the time and presence necessary to ensure the property runs flawlessly, maintaining a hands-on approach to leadership.
What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)
- IHG Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing an IHG-branded property is non-negotiable.
- Tech-Savvy: Exceptional computer skills with hands-on proficiency in Property Management Systems—specifically Opera and/or Hotelkey.
- Availability: Someone who has adequate time to fully commit to the property’s needs, including weekends or holidays as required by operations.
- Organizational Mastery: Highly task-oriented, structured, and capable of managing multiple priorities without letting details slip through the cracks.
- Elite Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for interacting with guests, staff, corporate stakeholders, and vendors.
- The "Owner's" Mindset: A proactive, self-motivated leader who takes personal pride in the property’s appearance, reputation, and financial health.
What We Offer
- Competitive Salary: $60,000 to $75,000 annually.
