We are bringing on 1–2 PMHNPs to grow with us in an integrated psychiatry + therapy model where providers actually collaborate and clients get real care.
What we focus on:
- Integrated care: med management + psychotherapy
- Real collaboration with therapists (not just parallel care)
- Client population: Adults navigating narcissistic abuse and betrayal trauma recovery, ADHD (especially in women), perimenopause and hormonal mental health, and the anxiety, depression, and burnout that so often run alongside those experiences.
- Building actual relationships with clients in the recovery process

You are:
- A VA licensed PMHNP (autonomous with an active DEA license) who wants to practice with depth, not just manage meds and move on
- A clinician who has expanded their expertise beyond traditional PMHNP training through coursework, fellowships, certifications, or substantial continuing education in trauma, attachment, and whole-person psychiatric care.
- Naturally curious about what’s driving the symptoms, not just treating them
- Someone who values working with therapists, not around them
- Comfortable with complex, relational, and trauma-informed cases
- Already integrating therapy skills into your psychiatric sessions
- Looking for a clinical home, not just another contract
- Self-directed, comfortable working via telehealth and reliable, but not looking to white-knuckle it alone
- Compensation: $110 per hour
- 1099 contractor
- Part-time fee for service
- 100% telehealth
Currently prioritizing providers licensed in Virginia, autonomous with an active DEA license.
