About the Role
Thomas Commercial Services is hiring a Project Manager to oversee commercial renovation, repair, and maintenance projects from start to finish. This is not a ground-up construction role—our work focuses on improving and maintaining existing commercial properties in close partnership with property managers and clients.
We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple projects, build strong client relationships, and keep jobs moving efficiently from estimate through completion.
What You’ll Do
- Manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously (renovations, repairs, maintenance)
- Prepare estimates and develop client proposals
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and property managers
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Manage permitting (when required) and ensure compliance with local codes
- Perform site visits, progress checks, and project closeouts
- Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track
What We’re Looking For
- Construction or project management experience preferred (commercial experience a plus)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills with clients and subcontractors
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience managing schedules and subcontractor performance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites daily
- Flexibility to work occasional nights or weekends as needed

Job Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (with occasional evenings/weekends)
- Work Location: On-site / Multiple job sites
Education & Experience:
Some college coursework preferred; relevant field of study in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline is a plus, but not required.
Equivalent combination of education, hands-on experience, and industry knowledge will be considered.
Pay: $64,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
