- Overall service department operations
- Revenue, gross profit, and fixed operations performance
- ELR, technician productivity, efficiency, and hours per repair order
- CSI, customer retention, and operational excellence
- Advisor and technician recruiting, coaching, and development
- Daily accountability, process improvement, and team culture
Technology
- CDK Dealer Management System
- Xtime Service Scheduler
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Is currently a Service Director or an accomplished Service Manager ready for the next step
- Understands the financial side of fixed operations and knows how to improve KPIs
- Leads from the front—on the service drive and in the shop
- Builds high-performing teams through coaching and accountability
- Is process-driven, customer-focused, and committed to long-term success
