Are you a people person with a passion for engaging with customers? Monte's Sweet Sorrels, is looking for an enthusiastic Beverage Sampler to join our team! This is your chance to bring your energy and creativity to a role where you’ll connect with customers and help them discover their next favorite drink - Sorrel (Hibiscus Tea).
As a Beverage Sampler, you’ll be at the heart of creating a welcoming and interactive shopping experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and maintaining an inviting sampling station.
- Engaging with customers to share product knowledge and encourage sampling.
- Handling and preparing beverage for sampling in a clean and safe manner.
- Restocking product and ensuring your station is always presentable.
- Assisting with lifting and moving products (up to 20–25 lbs).
We’re seeking a friendly and approachable individual who thrives in a customer-facing environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or customer service position.
- The ability to lift and move products weighing 20–25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not required.
