ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated dry van regional account based out of Perris, CA. This is a beginner-friendly position for drivers who already have their CDL-A, with no experience required and no training contract.
Drivers run consistent regional lanes with reliable miles, steady freight, and a predictable weekly schedule. All freight is 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook.
PAY & COMPENSATION
- Annual pay: $78,000 – $83,000
- Average weekly pay: $1,300 – $1,500
- CPM: $0.65 – $0.70 per mile
- Weekly mileage: ~ 2,500 miles
SCHEDULE & HOME TIME
- Weekly home time
- Regional routes only (CA, NV, AZ)
- Dedicated account with consistent freight and schedule
- Full-time position
EQUIPMENT
- 2025 Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth trucks
- Assigned truck - no slip-seating
- Automatic transmission
- ELD-equipped and CARB compliant

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate a CDL-A dry van tractor-trailer on dedicated regional routes
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and required paperwork
- Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Ensure on-time deliveries on assigned lanes
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid CDL-A license
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must live within 100 miles of Perris, CA
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- Safe driving record and professional work history
- Recent CDL school graduates encouraged to apply
