What You’ll Own
Drive Cost & Margin Performance
Own and manage PPV performance across all sites
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve EBITDA and cash flow
Lead root cause analysis and resolution of PO, invoice, and standard cost discrepancies
Partner with Finance to strengthen cost accuracy and forecasting
Elevate Supplier Performance
Establish and drive supplier accountability across cost, quality, delivery, and responsiveness
Lead supplier business reviews with key strategic partners
Build and enhance supplier scorecards and performance frameworks
Strengthen relationships while holding suppliers to clear, measurable expectations
Lead Strategic Sourcing & Commercial Initiatives
Execute strategic sourcing initiatives and commercial negotiations
Identify and deliver cost savings and total cost optimization opportunities
Support enterprise initiatives related to pricing, contracts, and supplier strategy
Strengthen Supply Continuity & Risk Management
Identify and mitigate risks related to capacity, allocation, and supply disruption
Develop and support dual sourcing and contingency strategies
Monitor key market drivers (resins, logistics, macro trends) that impact cost and supply
Be a Cross-Functional Leader
Act as the key liaison between Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and AP
Drive consistent cost management processes across all locations
Participate in monthly operations and leadership reviews
Support plant teams during escalations or supply disruptions
What You Bring
5+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, cost analysis, or manufacturing finance
Deep experience with PPV, standard costing, or variance analysis
Strong analytical capability (advanced Excel, modeling, data interpretation)
Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Experience working directly with strategic suppliers
Track record of driving measurable business impact (cost savings, margin improvement)
Bonus Points For:
Multi-site manufacturing experience
Plastics or injection molding industry experience
ERP systems (SAP, Plex, Oracle, IQMS)
Exposure to rebate programs or cost recovery initiatives
