As Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the customer experience, coaching the sales team, and helping drive the continued success of our dealership.
What You'll Do
As the Sales Manager, you'll lead by example and inspire your team to deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities include:
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Lead daily sales activities and maintain a strong showroom presence
- Monitor sales performance and hold the team accountable to goals
- Create an exceptional customer experience from first visit to final delivery
- Work closely with Finance, Parts, Service, and MotorClothes departments to maximize opportunities
- Manage inventory presentation and merchandising standards
- Review sales metrics, closing ratios, and customer satisfaction results
- Conduct one-on-one coaching and performance reviews
- Assist in planning and executing dealership events and promotions
- Foster a positive, energetic, and customer-focused culture
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales leadership or management experience
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and team-building skills
- Ability to motivate others and drive performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals and improve team results
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Experience in automotive, powersports, motorcycle, RV, marine, or retail sales preferred
- Harley-Davidson experience is a plus, but not required
