Qualifications of Heat Treatment Operator:
- 1 Year of Industrial MFG / Production, Heat Treatment, Industrial Furnace Operation experience required
- Experience with Industrial Heat Treat Equipment preferred

Responsibilities of Heat Treatment Operator:
- Operating industrial heat treat furnaces to process precision aerospace components
- Responsibilities include loading and unloading parts, operating and monitoring heat treat equipment, processing heat treat cycles, performing basic equipment maintenance, and inspecting finished parts
- Work primarily includes precision gears, gear shafts, gearbox and transmission components, and other aerospace and industrial components
- Ensure all safety requirements are maintained while setting up, running and maintaining the machinery
