Shift: Nights | 3x12 | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Contract: 12 Weeks (potential extension)
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a 12-week travel assignment. This opportunity is ideal for nurses who thrive in a fast-paced emergency department and are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. (BI02)
Job Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care to adult and geriatric patients.
- Perform rapid patient assessments, triage, and ongoing monitoring.
- Administer emergency medications, IV therapies, and vasopressors.
- Care for ventilated patients and manage BiPAP/CPAP therapy.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to emergency situations.
- Perform IV starts, central line care, and interpret ABGs.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR (preferred).
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room experience
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Experience with:
- Triage
- IV Starts & Central Line Management
- Cardiac Monitoring & Dysrhythmia Interpretation
- Ventilator & BiPAP/CPAP Management
- Emergency Medications & IV Vasopressors
- Isolation Precautions
- Epic experience preferred
- Previous Trauma Center or Teaching Hospital experience preferred

- Patient Ratio: 1:4
- Every Other Weekend
- Float within facility and scope of practice as needed

Pay: $47.00 - $49.00 per hour
