Event Coordination:
- Support the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of events.
- Coordinate internal logistics such as equipment pulls, floor plans, staffing, and vendor deliveries.
- Serve as on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations and resolving issues in real time.
- Communicate clearly with the sales, culinary, and warehouse teams to align on client expectations.
- Track inventory and rental needs; confirm deliveries and pickups.
- Maintain event documentation, including schedules, run-of-shows, and production notes.
Facility Management:
- Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and functionality of event spaces and storage areas.
- Ensure all facility systems (lighting, HVAC, power access, etc.) are operational before and during events.
- Schedule and coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Monitor security systems and manage building access during off-hours or special events.
- Maintain supply levels for event and facility needs (cleaning products, restocking, basic tools, etc.).
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in event coordination, facility management, or operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.
- Comfortable working in high-pressure, client-facing situations.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards for venues or public facilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; knowledge of inventory or facility management software a plus.
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
