What You'll Do
* Create engaging, standards aligned lessons that inspire students to think critically and love learning.
* Build a positive classroom culture where students feel safe, respected, and challenged to reach their full potential.
* Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners while maintaining high expectations for all students.
* Use technology, hands on learning, and collaborative activities to increase student engagement.
* Monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments and use data to guide instruction.
* Communicate regularly with families to celebrate successes and support student growth.
* Collaborate with fellow teachers, instructional coaches, interventionists, and administrators to provide an outstanding educational experience.
* Support the school's PBIS framework by promoting positive behavior, responsibility, and leadership.
* Participate in professional learning opportunities that strengthen instructional practices and leadership skills.
What We're Looking For
* Florida teaching certification or eligibility for certification.
* Experience teaching elementary students preferred.
* Strong classroom management skills and a student centered mindset.
* Knowledge of literacy, mathematics, science, and social studies instruction.
* Ability to build meaningful relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
* Growth mindset and willingness to collaborate, learn, and lead.

Pay: $49,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
