The position provides the opportunity to convert from base salary to commission as you grow your client base and drive memberships and loyalists.
The location is in the esteemed J. Lee Salon Suites in Coralwood Shopping Center in Cape, Coral. The facility is top notch with a large reception area and receptionist available to direct clients to the Hello Sugar suite and also notify you when a guest arrives. The receptionist will also provide you with leads when there are walk-ins looking for waxing or sugaring services. The facility also has an extremely large and social break room boasting a large bar area, full kitchen and upscale vending creating a very social environment that drives new friendships and comradery with other suite professionals. The facility manager also conducts monthly events such as lunches in the break room to foster a great work environment. The facility is new, ultra-modern, and in a great location next to LA Fitness.

- Outgoing personality that can create loyalists and drive memberships
- A current esthetician or cosmetology license.
- A background in waxing and skin care is required. A sugaring background is not necessary, but it’s a nice perk!
Responsibilities:
- Provide education-oriented skin services (we teach our clients about proper skin care when we wax)
- Perform full body waxing & sugaring services on men and women
- Provide Skin Consultations
- Create loyalists and drive memberships to grow your client base
- Brow Consultations prior to waxing
- Maintain a sanitary work station and assist with sanitation throughout the salon Sell memberships and products
- Attend paid employee education & development meetings (monthly or bi-monthly) Develop rapport quickly with clientele
Pay: $15.00 - $60.00 per hour
