Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Immunizations
· Phlebotomy
· Maternal/child health services
· Communicable disease investigations
· Outreach activities
· Assisting provider with physical exams and women’s health services
· Other clinic services
Education and/or Experience:
· Licensure in the state of Illinois as a Registered Professional Nurse required; BSN preferred.
· Experience in primary care, women’s health, maternal/child health, infectious diseases, and/or immunizations preferred.
· Experience in population focused nursing preferred.
· Effective written and verbal communication skills required.
· Ability to interact with various patients in a courteous, respectful, and compassionate manner.
· Electronic charting experience required.
Hours: Part-time (2-3 days per week), very occasional evenings and weekend hours
Salary: $25.77 - $26.80 per hour
