Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the shipping and receiving department, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, packaging, and inventory management.
Duties
- Manage the shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring all products are accurately logged into the warehouse management system.
- Schedule orders using TSMS System (Kuebix) along with direct carrier websites for palletized orders.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- You will be using a computer all day and you must be extremely organized.
- Package products securely for shipment, adhering to company standards for e-commerce orders.
- Print and manage daily order flow for pull/palletize team along with FedEx teams
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- You must have at least 2 years + of very recent Shipping Experience
- You must have strong computer skills and have strong attention to detail skills
- You have good basic math skills
- You must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- You must have very good problem solving skills
- You must have at 1 year of RF Scanner experience.
- Knowledge of SAP software is a huge plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team player who communicates well with colleagues across various departments.

- Must want to work 1st Shift - Monday - Friday 6am - 3:30pm plus overtime as needed.
