Will assist Dept. Director to provide support and technical assistance on the implementation of purchase orders and inventory software modules.

Remain up-to-date on all program modifications and all contract and lease agreement renewals in a timely and organized manner.

Will assist to maintain all original contracts, leases agreements, etc. on file for the agency.

Will assist to conduct reviews as assigned to ensure compliance of all contracts and lease agreements.

Will assist to Compile, maintain and report on the monthly program department activities.
-
Maintaining purchasing systems in compliance with local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations.

Monitors and evaluates the purchases of equipment and supplies for agency to include the inventory of all departments.

Will perform purchasing, bid procedures and inventory.

Provides support on the development and implementation of maintenance programs to prolong the life of equipment and ensure smooth operation.

Will review vendor debarment and suspension. (SAM.gov)

Will conduct semi-annual inventory.

Implements and coordinates the agency's vehicles' yearly preventative maintenance program and schedule.

Monitors the agency's vehicles' daily mechanical operation, sanitation, safety, and safeguard.

Prepares the agency's vehicles' daily expense-related purchase orders and documentation in compliance with the agency's purchasing Policy and Procedures.

Prepares the timely record-keeping and documentation of the agency's vehicles' inventories of stocked parts, supplies, and equipment.

Recruits substitute Bus Drivers for the Centers on a timely basis and maintains the required and necessary information on such personnel.

Will assist to conduct semi-annual safety trainings.

Will perform other related duties as assigned by the Dept. Director.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, CERTIFICATES, DEGREE, AND/OR LICENSE:

Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Associates Degree Preferred. High School Diploma required.

Thorough knowledge of procurement, bid procedures, inventory, general office and business administrative principles and the ability to apply them.

Ability to plan and organize programs and activities.
-
Ability to prepare written technical reports.
-
Ability to plan, review and evaluate working relationships as necessary by work.
-
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, peers and Administrative staff with strong problem solving and group work leadership skills.

Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office and office skills.

Ability to analyze and prepare work plans, express ideas clearly, concisely and convincingly, develop and assist in maintaining an inventory control system and collect data.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with a good record and have liability insurance on personal vehicle.

Intermittent sitting, standing, stooping, crouching, walking and lifting of light objects.

Ability to drive and regularly required to talk and hear.

May occasionally encounter hostile or aggressive behavior when asked to respond to a complaint
