Experienced Brake Press Operator – 2nd Shift
We’re looking for a skilled Brake Press Operator who can hit the ground running. This 2nd shift role works with minimal supervision alongside one other team member, so reliability, accountability, and the ability to stay on task are critical.
If you take pride in your work, can perform setups confidently, and don’t need to be micromanaged, this is a great opportunity.

What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate press brake equipment independently
- Read blueprints and produce parts within specified tolerances
- Select tooling, set dies, and adjust machine settings
- Inspect parts using calipers and other measuring tools
- Maintain consistent quality and production output
- Keep work area clean and organized
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of press brake experience preferred
- Strong setup and troubleshooting skills
- Welding experience preferred
- Blueprint reading proficiency
- Experience with calipers and measuring tools
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong integrity, reliability, and accountability
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 60 lbs
- Stand for extended periods
- Bend, stoop, and lift as needed
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
