Total Tire Solutions in partnership with True North Fleet Services, are looking for a Mobile Diesel Technician who takes pride in keeping equipment safe, reliable, and on the road. This role supports fleet uptime through preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and quality repairs on diesel equipment in a mobile service environment.

Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on heavyduty trucks and trailers

Diagnose and repair diesel engines, brake systems, suspension, steering, and electrical components

Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues

Complete DOT inspections and ensure compliance standards are met

Accurately document repairs and maintenance activities
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Collaborate with drivers, service advisors, and shop leadership

3+ years of diesel or heavyduty maintenance experience (fleet, dealership, or independent shop)

ASE TSeries certifications preferred (T2, T4, T5, T6, T8) or willingness to obtain

Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills

Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus, not required)
