We are seeking a Part-Time Assistant MDS Coodinator to work alongside our MDS coordinator to complete the required Minimum Data Set for our patients and residents. This includes helping to gather and review data for all of our patients/residents, and entering it into the MDS so we can provide an accurate depiction of the care residents receive, progress they achieve, and create a true picture of the patient in order to accurately bill health plans for services provided.
This role comes with extensive training by our team of experienced and seasoned MDS coordinators in our organization, and also may lead to other leadership opportunities within the organization.
