What You’ll Do
- Assist with aluminum fabrication and installation projects
- Learn layout, measuring, cutting, drilling, and assembly techniques
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Assist with installation of handrails, screen enclosures, patio covers, and other aluminum systems
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work alongside experienced installers and fabricators
What We’re Looking For
- Construction experience preferred, but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors
