Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant - PTA

Hours: 8am-4:30pm
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility activities, strengthening, stretching, and other treatment programs.
- Help patients improve their strength, balance, coordination, and functional mobility.
- Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate any concerns or changes to the supervising PT.
- Assist patients with transfers, walking, and other functional activities as appropriate.
- Educate patients on prescribed exercises and proper techniques.
- Document treatments and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with the PT and other members of the healthcare team.
Requirements:
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant License in California
- BLS
- Covid card or Religious Certificate
