Responsibilities

- Clear tables promptly after meals, bus dishes, and maintain a tidy dining environment
- Support dietary department needs by assisting with meal delivery or special dietary requests
- Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety practices necessary for maintaining a clean environment
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely service during busy evening shifts
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or cleaning surfaces
